Holly Payne - DirectorHolly Payne-Strange is a writer, milliner, and director. Her directorial highlights include “Richard III” (Shakespeare in a week, UK)  “Miss Communication” (Players theater, NYC) “division of assets”(13th Street Repertory Theater, NYC), “A Strange Meeting” (The Angel, UK) and “Tis Pity She’s a Whore” (Wales, UK) Her latest children’s book, “Twine, Twig and Little Blossom” is due to be released in Spring 2017, both in Europe and the US. She is also an award winning bespoke milliner.

Holly was recently accepted to the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society.

Cesar Brandi

Cesar BrandiCesar Brandi was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. At 8 years old, he auditioned for his first play, and that’s when he fell in love with theater. He grew into adolescence doing theater in São Paulo and working with great Brazilian directors like Antunes Filho and Lee Taylor. He decided at 18 to reallocate to New York City to go to film school, and eventually pursue a career in film and theater in the United States. He’s currently in NY, and affiliated with Kaleidocircle Productions. Film Credits include Rosetta’s Blues (Official Selection Cannes Short Film Corner), Bullock The Bruiser (Various Film Festivals in the US) and Somewhat Damaged. Theater credits include Dark Play or Stories for Boys (Secret Theater), Captive Audience (Marjorie S. Jody Doo

Jody DooJody Doo, born and raised in sunny Singapore, is a recent graduate of Circle in the Square’s Musical Theatre program. She worked as a full-time performer at Universal Studios Singapore before relocating to NYC. Since graduation, Jody landed the lead role in Syfy’s The Internet Ruined My Life and made her commercial debut during the recent VMAs. Her favourite roles include Lady Nijo (Top Girls), Izzy (Seminar) and Jocasta (Oedipus the King). Jody is most thankful to be part of Five Flights and to live her dreams out loud. www.jodydoo.com

Anna Fikhman

annafikAnna Fikhman is a native New Yorker & graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Anna was delighted to play Molly/Rachel in The Playing Company’s production of Dark Play or Stories for Boys at The Secret Theatre. Alexander Pepper

Alex PepperALEXANDER PEPPER is delighted to be making his debut with THE PLAYING COMPANY. His recent credits include the upcoming Web Series ACTING SCHOOL as well as the short film I’LL BE WAITING. Alexander studied at New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study where he concentrated on Acting, Writing, and Producing. He has also been training at the Deena Levy Theater Studio, where he studied Shakespeare, American Classics, European Classics, and much more. Along with his formal acting training, he has also studied Comedy Improv at UCB New York. Although acting is his first passion, Alexander has also written various short stories, novels, teleplays, and screenplays.

Harrison Santana

harrisonHarrison Santana is a Nyack, NY native. He has also recently graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, here in New York City. He recently made his Off-Broadway debut “In Mysterious Ways”. He also was a part of “Dark Play Or Stories For Boys” at the Secret Theatre in Long Island City. He’s excited to be working with Holly on Five Flights. He’s also like to thank his Incredible Mother, Family, and Friends for always supporting him!

Lizi Myers

LiziLizi is a Brooklyn-based actor, theater collaborator, and photographer. Recent credits include Caroline Lamb in North (Dixon Place), Dear in A Pier Drawn in Chalk (The Secret Theater), Marianne in Sense and Sensibility (BEDLAM Workshop), Lucy in Pains of Youth (Access Theater), and Featured Ensemble in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (Centrifuge Artistic collaborative)

Siri Gussiaas – Stage Manager

siriSiri Gussiaas is a Norwegian actress and stage manager based in New York.

She’s a recent graduate from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, class of 2016. Her recent credits as a stage manager include Canuck Downunder (NYC Fringe 2016), Remember Me, produced by Scandinavian American Theater Company (NYC Fringe 2016) and Dark Play or Stories for Boys, produced by The Playing Company.

Matthew Clapis – Sound Designer

Matthew Clapis is what happens when one “spaces out” and never comes back. He’s a songwriter, freelance sonic illustrator, and head master at Wizard Farm Music. Recent projects include the cosmically groovy music for the soon to be Nintendo/PC arcade game Zarvot, and a concept album about alien scientists searching for love on Earth called “Chesterfield Motel”. A reasonable man until buying an old Chevy motor home and driving into the desert some years back, even he can’t tell you where his mind has been since. This is his first foray into sound design for live theatre, and he is very excited to be part of the Five Flights crew. Paul Kennedy – Lighting Designer 

Paul T. Kennedy is a freelance Lighting Designer and Programmer based in Brooklyn. Recent New York designs include: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Secret Theatre), A Chorus Line (Secret Theatre), and The Fairer Sex (Theatre Row.) Paul has won multiple awards from the Southeastern Theatre Conference and the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.
